Guys believe me or not, HR round is the easiest of all. Its meant just to have a look at how confidently you can talk. But, remember, if you fall behind those tricky questions, then you won’t be able to clear this HR round and this feels worst! A lot of people easily qualify aptitude, technical, but fall back in this round.
You have to make sure that your answers are precise and consistent with what you said in your interview and what’s there on your resume. Often, the interviewers ask about your strengths and weaknesses. And for this, many people have an answer to the former but not for the latter one. You should not slam your previous boss or company. Instead, explain how you overcame your past experiences. Also do not forget to research the company.
For better you can practice with mock interviews. After you have finished answering all the questions and the interview is going on well, then you can also ask questions regarding your role. To have a clear idea, you can discuss the role in detail.
