Personally we don’t think there is any problem with sharing your resume, because if you share things, you got to know the mistakes that you made while making a resume. It’s absolutely fine to share information with your friends, your colleagues, and people within your organization. It’s not like they can copy your talents and achievements that you have filled in your resume. So it’s better to share your resume among your friends, as a hiring manager will see what you have more than your resume style and why you fit to get a tag “hire me”.
