How has the process of writing a resume changed over the years?

The process of writing a RESUME has changed drastically over the past 5 to10 years.

1. Templates of different types and designs have been implemented.
2. Objectives and Summaries replaced by Achievements and Employment records.
3. Keywords have been given a warm welcome.
4. The size of the RESUME has decreased.
5. No more job duties are mentioned.
6. Tailoring RESUME has become a priority.
7. Now RESUME is not confined to Hard copy, it can also be Soft copy.
8. The most important change is, TRADITIONAL RESUME is getting replaced by VIDEO RESUME.
