One of my overconfident friends filled her resume with shortcuts and emojis instead of abbreviations and some real words. As funny it may seem, but she struggled with some serious consequences throughout the interview. The recruiters never entertain this kind of attitude. This only shows her carelessness and overconfidence. This shows the lack of respect for her on the interview panel. Even she has all the skills and grades to nail the job interview. She didn’t earn a good impression for the recruiters and hence not been selected.
