Anything that is out of the structure of the resume idea is noticed first by the employers. It’s true that it hardly takes 6 seconds for a recruiter to see a resume. Well, this also varies from one recruiter to another recruiter. For one, I don’t look through stacks of resumes anymore. Some of the things that the recruiters notice first are as follows:-
- Keywords – Yes the recruiter’s search through some particular keywords and if your resume contains those keywords, then you have a greater chance that the recruiter goes through your resume completely.
- Skills – Technical Skills and Soft Skills
Also, make sure that there is no grammatical or spelling errors in your resume, it a is BIG turn OFF for a recruiter.
All the best!!
