Writing a RESUME that draws the attention of the Recruiter is not an easy one.
Moreover, your PROJECTS are on the best weapons you have to fight your way through the crowd and fight for getting shortlisted for a particular job/position.
Writing a random resume won’t help out. Tailor your RESUME to fit the requirement of the job and make it more precise and to-the-point.

- CREATE A SEPARATE SPACE – Yes! Create a separate section for your projects. Take a little space where your projects are clearly mentioned.
- USE PROPER WRITING FORMAT – Use some bullets and/or numberings to list out the projects separately, rather than writing a large paragraph.
- Place some heading like “PROJECTS” or “PROJECT WORK” or “PROJECT SAMPLES” etc. as you wish. Then below that list down your projects.
- USE PROPER FONTS AND CUSTOMISATION – You will stand out only if you stand out in your RESUME. Use some underlines, Bold Letters to change the looks of your project section. But, always keep in mind, do not overdo it, no colors, no extra words, no cursive writings, keep the look formal.
- DO A LITTLE ELABORATION – Give a short, to the point description of your project if you feel the need to do so. Sometimes, it is not bad to describe the unique thing you have done. But do not go overboard with your description part. Keep in mind the Recruiters are not dumb, they have seen a lot of projects. Do not try or pretend to overdo things.
- GIVE SOME CHANCES TO KEYWORDS – Yes! Keywords, these words can bring huge changes in your future. These words have the capability to raise your CV is used correctly or destroy it if used incorrectly. Proper usage of keywords must be known. You can use keywords to cut-short your long project description.
