I personally do not recommend including a picture of yourself, because it won’t be doing any good for your increasing your probability of getting hired. It is unnecessary to add a picture of your face. Well if you think a charming face of yourself on your resume makes your resume unique and be an eye-catcher, then you’re wrong.
The main reason for not including photos in one’s reason is to not get biased by race, looks, age, weight, or the style you carry. They shouldn’t be a reason for getting hired or rejected. So, for most of the job photos on a resume are not expected and better not to included unless mentioned during the job description.
