In the history of RCPIT, during my tenure institute had achieved highest placement count of 407 offers in the AY 2018-19 at Tier III location. This was highly appreciated by Management and Head of the Institute.

Reorganized Training & Placement Domain in the North Maharashtra Region
Played very crucial role in bringing change and approach of Industry to look at Tier III location institutes to get right talent. It got achieved through strong Industry, Alumni and HR connect. By taking regular feedback/inputs from all stakeholders and implemented in process.

Result of this initiated project based learning, live internship, III MoUs, Foreign language training and add on courses to increase the employability index of students in the region.
