People who meet the <em>basic requirements<\/em> are then called for the <strong>first round of interviews<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This process nowadays is conducted digitally using an <strong>ATS<\/strong>, <em>Applicant Tracking System<\/em>, which specifically looks for <strong>keywords<\/strong> and certain <strong>expressions<\/strong> on whose basis the selection is made.
