Its meant just to have a look at how <em>confidently you can talk<\/em>. But, remember, if you fall behind those <strong>tricky questions<\/strong>, then you won&#8217;t be able to clear this HR round and this feels worst! A lot of people easily <em>qualify aptitude, technical, but fall back in this round.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>You have to make sure that your answers are <em>precise<\/em> and <em>consistent<\/em> with what you said in your interview and what\u2019s there on your resume. Often, the interviewers ask about your <em>strengths<\/em> and <em>weaknesses<\/em>. And for this, many people have an answer to the former but not for the latter one. You should not slam your <em>previous boss or company.<\/em> Instead, explain how you overcame your past experiences. Also do not forget to <em>research the company.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>For better you can<em> practice with mock<\/em> <em>interviews<\/em>. After you have finished answering all the questions and the interview is going on well, then you can also ask questions regarding your role.
