But companies encourage <strong>new talents<\/strong> all over the world and believe in their skills and abilities. Even the small voluntary works in different workshops can count you in. By promoting one\u2019s soft skills is a great way to show how friendly one moves with their colleagues. Definitely you\u2019re going to be questioned about it, then you should at least have a good explanation like <em>\u201cI just graduated from my college. Even though I don\u2019t have any work experience I\u2019m pretty sure about my skills and abilities.
